Product Integrity.

Our special, die-incorporated feature, called "nicks" -- areas where the jigsaw puzzle has not been diecut.-- are strategically placed to avoid breakage during the printing process. These nicks are approximately 1/16 th (.0625) of an inch wide, between horizontal and vertical rules, and 1/32 nd (.03125) of an inch wide on the "up and down" interlocks of every jigsaw puzzle. These nicks hold every interlocking piece of the jigsaw puzzle together, thereby, insuring overall product integrity while imprinting.
