Puzzle Invitations
We got the goods . . . and they're just what the doctor ordered . . . so, let us help you get the get together, together! Once you commit to the puzzle theme of the party, we're good for the INVITATIONS: ("get togethers"), nametags, sign-in boards, party activities, favors and thank you notes. As for the party activities . . . 'toon color-in's are available on jigsaw puzzles to keep the kids busy as well as the ice cream off the ceiling. Also serving as wonderful party activities, that kids love, are our blank jigsaw puzzles . . . they're a signature product of our jigsaw puzzle stable of merchandise. Amen to that!. Puzzle Advertisements Our computer SUB-STRAIGHTZZ cannot be digitized on your printer . . . unless your printer has a straight path with a height allowance accepting substrates of .050" thick (about one sixteenth of an inch thick). If that's what you have, however, you can do this entire project . . . one at a time . . . and . . . as you need them! Only our patented PUZZLE CLONZZ are rated to go through an inkjet or laser without incident. Shipping internationally is not a problem. The actual cost for international service is a function of quantiy and overall parcel size and weight . . . and can only be estimated when we can determine exactly what we will be manufacturing and what we are shipping. We oftentimes create custom jigsaw puzzles at the request of our clientele. Many additional factors, however, come into play and/or must be considered before we can finalize a quote on your project. We learned a lot since 1974.when we sold our first jigsaws: 1. Do you know what die configuration you want for the final puzzle . . . ya know, how many pieces will there be in one jigsaw puzzle unit and what will they look like? 2. Under certain instances, small quantities of personalized puzzles can be created by imprinting directly onto every puzzle . . . one at a time. Thickness is a determining factor during such a procedure. Thickness will also affect your cost for mailing, if you plan to "post" the pieces! 3. Actual number of units required. What might be considered a volume job to you may differ to us, e.g., poster puzzles (22" x 28") would require less replications than our "A" size puzzles (4" x 5.5"). 4. We are a prominent manufacturer of cardboard jigsaw puzzles. What thickness do you require in this instance? Pile up a few typical business cards until you can approximate the thickness you believe addresses you needs . . . then let us know. 5. How many ink colors does your puzzle need. One color, two colors . . . "full" color (picture or image)? 6. Do you envision any bleeds (where the ink goes beyond the parameters of the puzzle itself . . . it "bleeds")? Most printers require a gripper space (margin) all ‘round the sheet being imprinted. 7. Do you intend to submit your properly sized, and positioned, artwork on disk, with proofs? Can you send us an attachment in "Word" and/or "WPD" format? 8. Would you prefer to submit the actual printed litho sheets to be mounted (laminated or glued to cardboard), then converted (diecut) into jigsaw puzzles? This could reduce the overall cost of production and give you control over the visual appearance of the final puzzles . . . but, then again, it could actually increase the cost of production. We'd hafta know exactly what you want, before we can comment further, on this subject. 9. Do you want a finished product that remains intact (the type we manufacture) or are you looking for a puzzle that is broken apart and boxed? 10. How soon will you need the job produced after you issue the order for them? Some jobs can be done in two weeks, whereas others can =take six weeks, or longer . . . many factors are considered in this determination . . . including existing workload (jobs already in the hopper) and seasonal production mandates. 11. Payment, in advance, is required for all custom work. Whatever
